Hello everyone:grin:
How hard is it to master coffee roasting. I know it depends on the person, however, I can comfortably say that I really love the idea of roasting, on particular, for my coffee shop personal use:grin:.
I will only roast between 7-15 Kg a week and will place the roasting machine in the coffee shop.
The real question that confuses me is whether I can only roast single origin or shall I do a special blend with two types of beans? I know it is a subjective thing, however, what does work best most of the time.
If I had to do a special blend, how hard would this be? Or is it almost like roasting a single origin except that it is mixed with another single origin. Also, is it better to mix 3 types of beans or only two origins.
