Looking for a Diedrich IR-12 preferably with afterburner.

The one's I've located on the internet seem to go pretty fast. I assume these machines are indestructible. I assume this because it appears people are buying them site unseen. Is this a common occurrence, spending that kind of cash with out getting eyes on something?

Thanks,

If you can find Probat and Diedrich used, if they are in good shape and also priced right, they will go fast. They are the most sought after roasters.

Thanks for the leg work CoffeeJunky.

I've come across both of those before, don't really know much about the San Franciscan. Guess I need to just pull the trigger fast when I see one. Thanks again for taking time and doing a search for me. <nice people here> :coffee:

found one, w/afterburner for $23k-ish. Any one have an idea what an afterburner weighs? :)

Not my labels. Roaster has a slight dent in the left side, but it's cosmetic.
