Looking for hotel ideas for coffeefest in Chicago

My partner and I will be attending coffeefest, but are completely unfamiliar with the area. Can anyone reccomend a hotel close by?

Also, are there still any free or discounted tickets up for grabs?

When on a budget, Hotwire.com will save you around 60% off your hotel ... You can pick the area near the show, a price, and a star rating. A little hit or miss but well worth it when you get the right place. I have found there are really no dives on the site anyway so you are fairly safe ...
