looking to put up a Espresso stand in Houston area

Anyone have any knowledge of the requirements of what the building must have to operate?

as i know in washington state the workers must have access to a bathroom, so people use contracts with a gas station or building near the stand if it does not have a toilet inside the stand.

anyone help shed some light on what i have to have to put one of these up in Texas?
