My Francis Francis Drama. Anyone in Atlanta GA that can fix?

I've had it for over a year and the froth wand has run out of steam. The store I bought it at, Star Provisions in ATL has recommended I send it back to Francis Francis. Before I do, and since I have the feeling that it can be fixed easily, I want to see if there's anyone in the Atlanta area that could help.

FrancisFrancis Steam Wand

Hi, I am not sure if you've tried this however we have a FrancisFrancis and occasionally the steam wand gets blocked so it appears to be faulty - but it is not.

To fix we simply fill a deep coffee mug with boiling water and immerse the steam wand for a couple of minutes - this usually sorts it. We are careful about cleaning the steam wand but oddly it still get blocked up.

Obviously your problem may require a repair however a friend who also has a FrancisFrancis gave us this tip.
