Is your coffee pod compatible with the Keurig machine? If not, you are fighting a battle that's already been won here in the US. Maybe ten years ago you may have stood a chance, but even then there was pretty stiff competition for that space. Now everyone putting out pods who hope for good sales defers to the Kcup. Yes Starbucks has a different unit, but you can also buy their coffee's in Kcups.
