This is my first post I enjoy reading everyone's replies. I am about to open a new coffee shop. I have been in the coffee business for about 5+ years. I am pretty familiar with the equipment, I want to know about machinery you guys use and why. I am looking at an astoris sibilla sae3 (beautiful) or a la marzocco and not sure on fetco or bunn brewers, what do you think? Thanks.[/quote]
