Just wanted to introduce myself. I've been doing some research on starting my own coffee business in the next 1-3 years or sooner and it seems so overwhelming. So many variables. Any advice or recommendations you are willing to share would be great and much appreciated.

Yeah perhaps skip it... coffee in itself has lots of variables/limitations/competition and you will likely need to offer quite a bit other than coffee specifically to really draw people in. Lots of change in the world thanks to the lame virus that affects supply/demand, people's disposable income, more working at home doing their own brew, etc.
