I don't know how to word this....I don't want to get personal or have anyone divulge too much info...but i'm looking for a good estimate of salary as a store owner.

I know it depends on geographic location and other factors...but just curious.

Numbers

here are some numbers for you:

most independent locations with an average location and limited offerings(no cooking lite food items i.e coffee baked goods)

gross $120,000 - 360,000 per year

food costs average 30%

rent $1000 - $3000 per month

employee costs 1 = $3000 2 = $6000 per month
