Propane for larger roasters

I'm in the process of setting up a coffee roasters in Budapest Hungary. We are looking at warehouse options and trying to future proof for growth in the years to come. We are starting with a Giesen W15 and I want to prepare for an upgrade to a 45-90kg in some years time. Industrial pressure natural gas in hard to find here so propane is a serious consideration.

Does anyone have experience with propane for a larger roasting plant? How is the consistency of heat output as the tank empties? Do cold winters have a big effect?
