Hi there !
I am new to the forum, and have a question I hope someone can help me with.
I recently bought a moka / aluminium caffettiera coffee percolator, and seem to be having a problem with it.
This is the perc with the water tank, filter basket, and top canister with filter \"plate\" underneath - all in funky alluminium multi-sided design.
I have tried course and fine grounds, but can get little coffee into the top canister.
Yes, I have ensured that the basket and filter holes are clear.
Am I doing something fundamentally wrong with the unit ?
How course / fine should the grind be ?
Is it right to expect most of the water NOT to percolate up into the top canister ?
Help Please !!
The coffee smell is driving me MAD and I want to drink a nice strong cuppa.....
