question to la pavoni users

i just got my new la pavoni europicola.it's my first lever espresso machine after 2 pump machines . so far the results are more than very good.although,the first shot,after turning on the machine is not hot enough.what can be done to solve this?

Well you can wait around for 10 to 15 minutes after it is ready to use or you can just waste the 1st shot.

Either way your waiting for all the parts of your machine to fully warm up!
