I am looking to buy a used roaster that can carry around a 50# load. I am working for a major finca system in Nicaragua and we are gearing up to begin roasting our own beans in the states(as opposed to selling all our green to A&G). We are currently producing around 300# roasted domestic and that is growing steadily. Got any suggestions where to look. We are based out of Austin, TX and would like to avoid lugging the monster over any great distance so someone in the Southwest would be preferrable.
