Saeco Incanto Sirius - grinder blocked

hi all, had replaced the gear in the grinder, when it show error “grinder blocked”, but that did not resolve the issue. Grinder still function, as you can hear it grind during the initial start, but stop few second later when the error appear. Did also adjust the gear position, without luck. Thanks in advance for any wisdom…

I have a classic saeco royal and when I had an issue, I contacted a company that sells and services all machines coffee related, nice people, I will try to look them up and get back
