Saeco Odea Go - cold water leak under machine

Hello All,
Just checking to see if any of the members who have a Saeco Odea Go machine have ever had a problem with cold water leaking under the machine. It starts immediately after the pump starts and it is leaking right where the flow meter valve is located. My guess is that this valve is the problem. Any other ideas? There is no water on the inside of the machine near the water tank so I have discounted a problem with these seals.

Thanks. The machine was remarkably clean. I suspect when the water problem occurred that previous Owner said enough and sold it to me. There was no obvious signs of corrosion or other.
