Selling Drive-thru Coffee and looking for advice

i just listed my Drive-thru coffee and smoothie business for sale in Texas. I am looking for information and advice. Has anyone sold a drive thru or cafe before? How did you find a buyer? Word of mouth? did you advertise? where? How long did it take? Did you list it at a higher price and negotiate down? Did you carry a note on the sale?

I would appreciate any feedback.
