Starting a Microroasting Co in Austin, TX

Hi All,

My wife and I are starting a roasting business in ATX (I'm actually in the process of building a 5lb batch roaster, complete with infrared gas burners and an air flow system [I have previously worked on a Diedrich IR-5, go figure...] pictures forthcoming!). I'm sure we're going to need all the help and advice we can get
