Stollar (Sage) SEM800B seems almost identical to Beko CEG3192B

Hi!
Before decision which one these coffee machines to buy I was wondering if Stollar SEM800B could share the same parts as Beko CEG3192B, because all the functions, technical data and even design are almost identical.
Maybe somebody knows more about both model similarities?
