Hi,
I am a long time Sylvia owner. The coffees I prepare have ranged from OK to really excellent. Consistency has always been my challenge.
I have recently upgraded to a Sylvia Pro and really like the machine and the shots it produces.
My challenge?
For the life of me I cannot steam milk well with this machine. Videos demonstrate it is possible, however I have not found one that shows the technique. I either produce something very frothy... or hot milk which has only increased by ~10% in volume.
Are there any Sylvia Pro users out there that have mastered this machine?
All advice welcome.
Thanks
Greg
