Trouble with Pricing???? Help

:-D I bought a double sided drive thru coffee shop. I have been figuring everything out, except I am having trouble trying to figure out how to price our drinks, i know how to find our cost for a cup, but I don''t know how to calculate cost for utilities, wages, etc.. is there any one who can help??

Hi Sabrina:

Just courious...Why did you buy a location and not do your homework before purchasing? I don't mean to be harsh, but that is one of the basic things one should understand before getting yourself in a possible bind. Do you have a partner that can assist you with things like this? Have you considered having a consultant or someone that can assist you with the operations side of the business? How long have you had this location in Lacy? Drop me a pm and let's see if I might be able to give you a couple of suggestions seeing that you are near my neck of the woods.
