Water taking too long to reach the portsfila

Hi, I have a semi automatic La Scala butterfly machine , I can get it to make a shot of coffee , but it takes around 60 sec for the water to reach the portafila , i can hear the pump working OK
and I have replaced the mushroom and solenoid in the group head . can anyone help
