What do you all use to clean your machines with?

I recently have gotten out of the coffee usiness and now work with pharmaceuticals...
Specifically, alcohol free anti microbacterial sanitizing products.
And since part of my line is used on thigns liek stainless steel and other surfaces used in coffee machines I was wonderind what you all currently used?
