I'm slow but determined. Let me try and say this a different way. This is a true/false question. Is latte espresso with steamed milk? If true, why was I getting all the froth on top? Is froth the same as foam? I really have a lot to learn by fall 05. :roll: Reading on the subject in this forum I have seen Latte described with steamed and also frothed. Coffee Godess,I didn't want a Capp., trying to figure out the latte. Thanks a bunch.
