I'm doing a research project on the advantages of coffee from a neighborhood roastery vs. Tim Hortons. I'm having trouble finding accurate information with regards to where Tim Hortons gets its beans from, and the quality of beans they acquire. I'm assuming they don't roast their own beans, but I would like to know if they grind their beans at the individual locations. Basically, give me all the dirt about Tim Hortons :-).
Thanks!

Did a quick look at their site, can you show me a definte connection between Mother Parkers and Tim Hortons?

Thanks!

Also, I've heard that Tim's uses pouches for the coffee they brew in store. Any thoughts?

Yes they do use pouches. This is for the consistency from store to store. I do belive it is Mother Parkers that packages their coffee.
