whipped coffee?? Newbie :)

I am (obviously) not a coffee person, but a doctor at work the other day had whipped coffee - smelled delicious - he said it was just coffee (no milk, cream, etc).
Can anybody help me out with what this is? I would love to try it and the doctor has gone on vacation.
