I found this site after looking for recipe to make my own white Choc mochas at home for less than $5 a pop! Found a few tips but realized people are looking for the syrup so.... the brand used by Star bucks is Fontana and you can buy it online at cooking.com; its 64 OZ bottle for $30 (6 grande size cups) I have not yet received my bottle so have not played with recipes yet but when I do, I will post them. I always add extra syrup when i go to star bucks so I know this much, they use 4 pumps (pump is included with bottle) to the Tall and grande and 6 to the Ventie. My personal likings is 4 for Tall 6 for grande and anywhere from 8 to 10 for ventie but again this depends on the person. Hope this helps out!
