WMF Bistro 8000's old version

Hello,

While going through some old used machines in a warehouse i found a WMF Bistro 8000's. It's the one with buttons and a very small LCD screen.

The machine display reads

Maintenance ! Call Customer Service

I found a manual that translated the error to :

"This display alternates with the prompt "Heating!" after switching on if the service interval or set number of brews has been exceeded"

I noticed that the machine has a RS232 port on the back of the front panel . Is there any software that i can use to reset the service interval so i can start the machine again ?
