This beautifully written piece at the Utah Review is probably provides the best insight to what it is that we do. I'm proud of what we do, and for those of who haven't been out to visit us, this will give you a taste.

John,

Very nice article! Thanks for sharing it with us.

And, congratulations on the new addition to your family!

I'm sure you're glowing with pride for many, many reasons.

John,

Very nice and love that picture of the espresso shot. That pictures says everything about your shop. Beautiful, aromatic, tasty and unimaginable.
People like you make specialty coffee shop owners proud.....

Well done my friend

Thank You, PinkRose. Yes, our son is awesome. He comes to the shop with us every day.

CoffeeJunky & Peter, Thanks for the kind words.

As I was reading the article, I thought how uniquely qualified you are to answer the gazillion threads that get started on starting a coffee shop... and how your eyes must roll sometimes.

Peter,

I think many of us roll our eyes.

I am often amazed at how little people value their money.

Not to mention those who want to make money in a coffee-related venture, but actually have no experience in, or passion for, coffee.

Great article and congratulations! I'm headed to Taiwan this summer for a big wedding in Taipei; hopefully we'll have time to browse some coffee spots and visit BellaTaiwan. Good Taiwan tea is on the same level as specialty coffee; we usually stock up from Hua Gung in Taichung.
