Antique Copper/Brass Wood Handle Espresso Machine- Need Help

I have this antique machine but know very little about it. The name tag looks like 'Lafano Ugolina' with the number '120' on the back of the electrically heated brass base.

If anyone can help me with the time period of this piece as well as the proper operation I would greatly appreciate it. It is a stunning Item and I would like to see if it will work as good as it looks.

Correction on name, it is "Stefano Ugolino"

Upon furthur and closer examination of the makers name tag, it appears to be made by "Stefano Ugolino". Any help would be appreciated.
