Anyone have any adivce on grinders, weighers, packaging?

We are thinking about opening a small bakery/coffee shop here in Texas. Your information about roasters has been extremely helpful.

My questions now have to do with what happens to the coffee after it has been roasted.

Any suggestions for grinders and weighers? How about packaging (bagging/sealing)?

a scale to weigh the coffee before it is packaged I guess?? (It's not my word!! It came from my boss. I'm just doing research) :D
