hey,
wondering if i am looking for the impossible. I am looking for espresso beans that are roasted in or near Toronto. I want to be as environmentally "sensitive" as possible. Hell, fair trade would also be awesome.

I usually like a medium-bodied bean with blueberry undertones (Ethiopian...mmmm.....). Any suggestions for suppliers/roasters near Toronto?

Thanks

(p.s. this is eventually for cafe use)

Hello atomeyes,

I live in Toronto and would be pleased to help you source your beans. Contact me at lisa@rocketfuelcoffee.com and visit the website of the same name - although these are rare coffees and may be a bit pricey for cafe use. I can find you anything you need.
