Breve Made With Cream

Is there an "official" name for a breve that's made with cream rather than half and half? We have quite a few customers that order this and I need to put a name to it for the menu!

Liquid Cake?

When people ask me what the Breve is like I tell them it's like drinking cake. A breve made with cream would be heaven.

Panna means cream so you could call it a Cafe Panna
