A short version of our documentary film about coffee and roastery. Fahri Ozdemir is a coffee roaster, a man who found his passion among coffee beans.

We shot this film last week and i just want to share it with coffeeforums.com community, who has great passion for coffee and roasting. Thanks for watching.

As I watched the short video, I wondered two things:

Does everyone keep their roasters so spiffy and shiny, or do they just shine them up before making a video.

I also wondered if he handled the roasted coffee after petting his dog (without washing his hands or putting on food service gloves).

I know my roaster is not so spiffy! Although it is not in a public setting. Truth is Rose, my wife will not let me have a dog, less of course it is an
outside dog.
