Looking for ideas, suggestions, or thoughts on the following. I am currently purchasing a pizza restaurant and am planning on moving it to a new location. The only problem with my new location is the space is too large. Was considering adding a coffee kiosk to accomplish the following. Supplement cashflow, make use of space when pizza store won't be using the space, and provide a unique concept.
