Concerned with the finished product in my Artisan 6M

I could use some help getting my profiles in-tune and tasting consistent. Currently my beans are running high in acidity and low in body which can be expected in a fluid bed roaster, but I have had some great beans with low acidity that came from an Artisan 6M. Does anyone have experience with this roaster and could share their insights?
