Cost of Goods Sold

Hi there, I am new to this website and new to the coffee industry. I am taking over a small drive-thru coffee stand and wondering if anyone would be willing to share what their overall cost of goods sold run around? I am used to running around 30% for our other restaurants but the stand seems to be spending a little too much on certain things which we are aware of. Looking for a number that seems realistic to drop this percentage down too based off the stands revenue. Thanks a bunch for the help!
