1: It is dynamic for ‘Nerves’ and ‘Muscles’.
2: It is reduce the feeling of tiredness.
3: It is speed up the process of ‘Blood circulation’ and ‘Breathing’.
4: In winter season the benefits of coffee is, It’s provide the stability to movements of body.


 
Good! Can you give information on the source or actual evidence why such an effect of coffee is given?
 
Here are some more benefits of drinking coffee.

1-Can reduce the risk of death from liver cirrhosis
2- Help to protect against diabetes
3- Also coffee is good for your health and particularly the liver
4- It protects against heart failure

Recently, I purchased coffee from Trailhead Coffee Shop.
 
I found some additional benefits of having a cup of coffee. It can drastically improve physical performance by stimulating a nervous system.
Coffee can also help you to fight depression. Somebody told me, that about 5% of people in the US currently meet the criteria for clinical depression.
So it is also very helpful in this case. There is some evidence that women who drink coffee have a reduced risk of a stroke.
So every time when I do my homework, I don't reject to have a coffee break, even in the evening.

Heard about coffee as a fat burning drink. What do you think about this?

I suppose, it doesn't work so well as L-Carnitine, for example. But not the worst option anyway. But the question is - how much coffee should you drink per day to start burning fat?
 
I saw a recent research on Independent .com, where they state, that fat-burning starts from the first cup :coffee: Too good to be true, as for me. Any opinions about that?
 
I love to drink coffee. One day a cup of coffer is good for health. Do I do drink more than one cup. HAHA!
