I'm confused...espresso/full city. did you roast your espresso to a full city or between espresso and full city?and if you did it between espresso and full city is your espresso roast light or dark? :?

Roasted for regular coffee (pressed) not for espresso. Sorry, I should have specified that... The roast type was espresso or full city (meaning dark brown, shiny).

I hear you. This is one of my favorites along with the Harrars. Also these are great coffees to use in espresso blends. Brings the other coffees together very well.
