It has been stored in Burlap and is all grown organically on fair estates or co-ops. It all is high grade specialty coffee that I am proud to stand behind. Many of them are award-winners, several are farm-direct, and I'm about 30-40% cheaper than other vendors sell the EXACT SAME BEANS because I'm primarily a wholesale roaster. I just sell green beans on the side to keep things moving and get better volume discounts -- I'm not trying to make a living on the green bean side of things.
