hi

im in the market for an espresso machine. i really do like good espresso having been to italy. my italian friend had an expensive gaggia. however my budget is around £100.

is the gaggia gran any good

will the espresso be good and will the steamer actualyl produce reasonabsle cappucino?

if not can anyone reccomend anything better for around 100 pounds. (im slightly flexible with price cus i want a decent machine.)

sorry but i really do not know that much about this machine...I lost intrest in gagia when they sold...they are no longer made in Italy...do not remember where they are being made. I can suggest the machine I just got... http://www.wholelattelove.com/Saeco/classico.cfm It makes great espresso for a home machine...nice crema! There someone posted are you happy now? :wink:

hey thanks for the reply :)

do you know if these are sold in the uk??

does the steamer work properly cus i heard they often dont work. i take it the crema is the nice creamy darlk stuff you get oin the top of a good espresso yeh?

is saeco generally the best make?

looks a bit like mine....not sure cuz I haven't used that model...the 2 year warranty is nice.
