Has anyone heard of a 3 tier vacuum pot on a SS frame?

Has anyone heard of a 3 tier vacuum pot on a SS frame?
It's mostly glass. The water boils on the top tier.
Please let me know what it's called.

Theres on going on ebay at the moment made by cory. I've used vac pots but this one had me a little puzzled :? it would be an intersting thing to see working
