Help - Forthing Milk with Gaggia Titanium

Need some advice from anyone who has mastered making good foam for cappucino with the Gaggia Titanium super auto. I''m new to this art, but an experienced friend believes there is not enough steam pressure coming from the forthing wand to create good foam. Any guidance would be appreciated.
 
What is the size of the boiler? If you are not getting enough steam, can you adjust the boiler's pressure? What is the size of your milk pitcher?
