Help. Just bough a Alex Duetto by Izzo from Chris Coffee. It arrived yesterday (friday). I did as instructions said. Put water in reservoir, pumped water threw it. It is on and not heating. I took the reservoir out while on to fill back up after intital filling of the boiler. It beeped. Is there a reset button some where or is it defective?

I am not familiar with this machine. I would suggest you call customer service. Boilers not heating can be due to a number of factors- some minor, some not so. Being brand new it would not hurt to pick up the phone and make the call.
