Hi everybody, just though I would say hi. I am excited that I found this forum and look forward to learning more about coffee and the industry.

I run a very successful chain coffee shop in a small town of 8000 people but my wife and I want to have our own bakery cafe. I will tell you more about this in another post soon.

Anyways looking for help with the business and if I can offer help to others I will share my thoughts.
