Hi,
Been here awhile but just reading. Today I was able to do my first ever (and 2nd and 3rd) roast on my new Huky 500.
First roast was a little light 2nd and 3rd I took to SC before dump. Can't wait to try the coffee

Welcome! What is the batch size on your roaster? What kind of control do you have on the roast?

It's a 500G Roaster. And it is pretty much a 100% manual. you control airflow and temp through out the process.
I have a roast profile but I'm a little embarrassed to post it as it was only my 3rd roast
