Hiring some to roast

Am looking into getting some help us down in our roastery in CA,
Now is time for us to hire some with knowledge and roasting orientated, I been wondering where to place my announcement!!!

You can post it here...also post on coffeegeek.com I also use hireme.com and simplyhired.com Good luck..a good employee is definitely hard to find these days!
