I don't use other forms of caffeine very much. I don't like their effects as much as coffee, and it seems like if I take them I tend to consume the same amount or only slightly less coffee than I would otherwise, so I get too much caffeine. Occasionally I'll take a small amount of a caffeine pill with my coffee though. I don't drink any type of sodas that often, but I'm more likely to drink caffeinated sodas on trips since good or strong coffee is often less available. Tea seems weaker, but more agitating than coffee - does anyone else find this to be true?
