Hi.
This happens with my 4 weeks old Jura J95 2 out of 3 times when I try to make a cup of coffee:
watch?v=mniTuBoZTrA&feature=youtu.be (I don't have the forum rep to post links so you'll have to put www dot youtube.com/ in front of the link.
As you can see, it stops at 5% fill level and skips to 100% leaving just a little bit of coffee in the cup.
I've tried cleaning and rinsing it several times. I also tried adjusting the grinder, but nothing seems to help.
Is there something wrong with it or is there something I can do differently to fix the problem?
I contacted the company who sold it, but I only got to chat with a girl who is good at sending smileys. She wanted me to come into the shop with it.
Best regards,
Tore.
