Looking for sample roast curve for high density bean on Diedrich ir 7 roasting 10 lb batch? I’m having trouble with body in my roasts . Say a medium roast.

That's your issue... slow it down ... body is developed during that time.

How long do you spend? I'm working on controlling the ROR to extend this with some success, and I will say my roasts are getting better.
