Any one have suggestions on the best generator to use for a mobile coffee concession? I estimate I would need 5.5-6.5kW generator and a quiet running engine. Thinking a Generic QuietPack 55G may be a good choice but would like to get an opinion from anyone with experience in setting up a concession trailer - thanks!!
